Is there a lead retrieval portal?

Sponsors may also purchase additional scanners onsite by visiting the Exhibitor Services Desk in Expo.
Why am I not seeing my complimentary devices in the lead retrieval portal? It is asking me to pay for them.
In order to confirm your complimentary devices, you need to log into the portal using the specified SHOW CODE found in the Sponsor Portal Lead Retrieval task. Using the show code to log in will ensure your complimentary devices have been pre-added to your cart. Please do not log in using the email/password option.
The portal is closed. Can I rent scanners onsite? Will I be able to add custom questions onsite?
The Stova portal is closed a couple days prior to the event date to allow time to program the existing orders. You will be able to rent additional devices and add custom questions onsite. For assistance, please visit the Stova help desk located at Exhibitor Services.
How do I pick up my lead retrieval devices on-site?
Lead Scanners will be available for pickup onsite at the Exhibitor Services Desk in Expo during move-in. At the conclusion of the event, devices are returned at the same location. *Lead retrieval devices should be picked up by no later than 5pm on Monday, June 12.
Can I purchase additional lead retrieval devices on-site?
Additional devices can be purchased on-site at the following cost:
- Stova Lead Capture Device - $325 each
What time can I pick up my scanners at the exhibitor services desk onsite?

Can I just download the Aventri app and use my own phone as a scanner?
No, AWS does not permit the use of personal devices for lead scanning. You must rent lead retrieval devices through the Stova portal.
Where can I find device support on-site?
We will have lead retrieval device support at the Stova Help Desk located at Exhibitor Services during all open hours of the Expo, including setup and tear down. Exhibitor Services hours can be found here.
Do I need to charge my device?
Devices will be fully charged upon pickup. You will be given a charger(s) as well and we recommend charging overnight before the event as well as during times when the expo is closed. The device battery should last all day, but you may always stop by the service desk if you need a spare.
Will my device still scan if internet connectivity is lost?
If Internet connectivity is lost, the scanner will still scan badges however attendee information will not display. Once internet connectivity is regained, all attendee information will sync.
How are attendee badges scanned?
AWS re:Inforce event badges are encoded with an NFC (Near-field communication) chip that enables sponsors to generate 1:1 leads through interactions at your booth, event, and/or sponsored session, where applicable.
How do attendees opt-in to information sharing?
Attendees opt-in to sharing their information with sponsors by agreeing to the AWS Event Terms and Conditions and the AWS Code of Conduct upon AWS event account creation. Attendee information will be handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice. Attendees can opt-out of lead sharing by visiting the help desk onsite.
Additionally, the following language is included in on-site signage and attendee badges: ‘If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice (available at aws.amazon.com/privacy). Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.’
What information is included in the lead report?
Sponsor lead report will contain the following fields for each opted-in attendee you scan:
- Type of Scan (Booth vs. Session)
- Date and Time of Scan
- First Name
- Last Name
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Country
- Phone
- Title
- Company
- + any custom qualifier questions (on booth scans)
Additionally, your lead report will include NULL values to represent lead that were scanned, but opted-out of sharing their information.
I also have a speaking session. How will I be able to tell which scans are from the session?
